| Halo is awesome.. but I wouldn't get a 360 unless the price came down. We love playing Halo! When we lived in apartments we used to run cables through the windows so we could play with neighbors and have xbox parties. We bought 1 and 2 (stood in line) the day they came out. Surprisingly, my husband doesn't want to get a 360. We almost did once. He stood in line at Bestbuy after work at 6 in the morning and they didn't have enough to sell. People brought their kids there and stood in line so that they can resell them. I'm glad we didn't buy one though. He said that lots of single guys on the ship had them and all of them had problems freezing up. One guy's 360 scratched circles into his games which destroyed them. He doesn't think it's worth the money. |

Yeah there's a lot of bugs when they first came out, I'm not sure if that's still the problem or not though. I should create a poll: SHould I put XBOX 360 on my Best Buy credit card or not? LOL. When Halo 2 came out I had mine on reserve, so while at work I told my manager I had to run to Gamestop (other end of the mall) to get my game. He was cracking up at the fact that I actually had in on reserve and all. I think he couldn't picture me being into a game like that lol

| WEll I don't play that stuff or any of the games but my KIDS do WE have an XBOX 360 and never have had a problem with it. LOL as a matter of fact my SON is having a birthday party next week and part of the party is an arena where 12 people can hook up and play Halo together(The public version has less blood and cursing is cut out).

| I have two sons(14 & 10) they each have a Xbox 360. My oldest got his for Christmas last year and my youngest got his with his own money he saved up this summer. They fought over the first one so that is why we have two. My oldest is on his ALL the time, when he is not doing sports or school things. They both keep straight A's so I let them play whenever they want before bed time. My oldest son has the new Call of duty 3 on reserve, it comes out tuesday, he can't wait. I think he has Halo but has never been a big fan of it. They both love the Call of Duty games and playing them online. The one we got at Christmas was one of the first made and we had to send it in for repair about 2 weeks ago, it quit working. They sent us a brand new one since it was one of the first ones and had kinks in it. They say the newer ones don't have problems like the first ones. I think they are the best money we ever spent on video systems, my kids love them, and it keeps them out of trouble because they are usually on them instead of out and about. They also meet people from all over the country on the Live when they play other people, so it is neat, they tell me about people in China and all over with their accents. I just make sure they are safe and don't give out personal info, just like the computer. I would definately recommend getting one.
