| To See or Not to See Thought everyone could use a laugh on me! I am laughing now but I was a wee bit upset last Monday. Two 1/2 months ago I went for an eye exam knowing I needed a new prescription. It had been 5 yrs since the last one. The doc talked me into bifocals. Why not so they were ordered. I picked them up the following week. I could not see out of the darn things and was told it takes time. After 3wks I took them back because I could not read with them. They then talked me into progressive lenses. Ok, order them! Went back the following week and picked them up. They were worse! I tried, really tried to get use to them but I could not see anything. Distance was great, didn't even know I needed distance but reading wasn't happing. After a month went back again and was told it really takes time to get use to these kind of glasses. After three more weeks I had it! I just could not see spit! I requested a different doctor for another eye test! Can you believe the lenses in my new glasses was an incorrect lens? I have been trying to read out of the darn things and I couldn't because they were wrong! Does anyone do anything right anymore? Carol |

| OMG, I can't believe it. I would have to ask for a refund of some kind or at the least you shouldn't have to pay for the new lenses. My husband has had the progressive lenses for almost 3 years now. It did take him about a week to get use to them.
