| OT! Mother's Day! Well, I went shopping with my two oldest daughters today for prom accessories and they surprised me by shopping for me for a Mother's Day Present. I have been wanting the wingback Seagrass chairs at Pottery Barn for over a year now and they were on sale so we bought two plus the ottomons. What are all of you moms asking for for Mother's Day or what have you bought for your Moms already? |

| I shouldn't be posting this since I am not a mother! But if I were someone's mother I would want chocolate covered strawberries!

| How fun and what a surprising day you had!! "HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY" to you! I sent my Mom a card - she lives out of state so I didn't do the gift thing. What am I as a Mom asking? The same thing I have asked for the last 10 Mother's Day's..."For my kids to live w/ me, to want them to live with me, to see me more than they do, and for all of them to give me lots of healthy grandbabies to kiss and hug on!

| I'm not a mother i'm only 19 years old. But since i just threw my mom a surprised party 2 weeks ago i'm kinda of broke. So i made her a scrapbook with pictures of just my mom with my younger brother and sister and me. It came out really pretty. alot of people that i show my scrapbooks love them. And not to sound conceited but they are really nice. Alot of patience and love goes into my books. So far i have completed to 2 scrapbooks (this one for my mom) and one of my boyfriend and I. I was thinking of doing one of Toto since i'm starting to take alot of pictures of him. I wish i took alot of pictures of when he was little but just didn't think to.

| It takes alot of time effort. Sometimes when i'm done for the day i probably won't begin until 10:00 pm and won't go to bed until 2:00am and i have to work the next day. I won't go to bed until i complete the whole page. I'm addicted to making it look good. But in the end its all worth it. My mom said that i should make them for people and sell them. But i don't know its alot of work.

| I love Pottery Barn, too!!! I bought my mom curtains for her dining room - she's 86 years old & said she needed to make some new ones ! For the mother-in-law, who NEEDS nothing & appreciative of anything, we bought her a set of $50 coasters she had admired at our house (so I thought to myself, "well there's at least something she doesn't have.") & all she said she wanted for Mother's Day was for us to go to church with her on Sunday morning - we attend a different church. So, I think I'm done with my shopping! Yeah! As for myself, I asked for a new exercise mat & ankle weights - how exciting is that, but I need NOTHING & the hubby lets me get anything I want - & my kids don't need to be spending $$$ on me. Oh - I did request that I not have to COOK!!!!!! |

With no kids I won't be getting a mother's day present but my Mom is getting a pillow with flowers made out of ribbon and a cross stitch picture I'm supposed to be finishing(she'll be getting her present a little late). Both say something about Mom's and the love they give and such. They are both really pretty.

| I am only a mom to my furkids. Last year, they did real good and I got a Tiffany necklace. Leila has a baby book. I am an avid scrapbooker, in fact, that's what I do for a living - I teach scrapbooking and I scrapbook for others. People think it's funny, but oh well, MY dog! My money, My time, right? I even have most of her baby teeth. Maybe I will post some pages in the gallery here. I just started on Gidget's book. Since I just got her at the end of last December, she doesn't have as many pages. |

| I am spending the day at the zoo with my daughter and two grand daughters. Before my husband left for work he had my two furbabies give me a new pair of diamond earrings. He attached one to each of their collars and asked me to remove their collars so he could bathe them....I was very surprised! |
