| Scammers on Myspace? Why I was surprised they're on myspace now, I don't know.It seems like a perfectly great place to rip off a broad group of new people. Either way, I ran across some pet adds on myspace and checked them out, I've included the links and you tell me if you think they're legit. Right away, I noticed poor spelling, grammar, and ignorant mistakes. Not to mention, I live in Oklahoma, most of the sellers don't even list a state! They don't have any friends, comments, only one or two pics, nothing is even listed in details be default details. Seems fishy to me, let me know. And some of them seem legit, kudos for honest people. I feel strongly on shutting down these scammers. I get several emails a day, informing me that I am the beneficiary to a large sum, or they need my help acquiring a large sum from a "kind hearted American". It makes me sick an entire country is involved and no one can stop it. Poor and impoverished are one thing, low-life is another. English Bulldog Yorkie? MONKEY |

| Maybe a stupid question...other than the monkey, how do you know the others are spammers? I know the "Yorkie" isn't a Yorkie. Just curious.

| Well, I was currious to see what others thought. That's why I asked. Either way here are my reasons; The locations are not in Oklahoma. The bulldog's adult weight was listed to be 5lbs, AKC lists size as for mature dogs is about 50 pounds (23 kg); for mature bitches about 40 pounds (18 kg). The fact that the profiles are not really established, which could be for a number of reasons. However in my expreience, spammers of all sorts have basic pages, with minimal personal info., no comments, details, ect.. On the other hand, in the case of web cam girls, they use a template of a typical girl's myspace. Only a computer is running it. Explained here. That is off the subject though. Your right the Yorkie is not a Yorkie, don't you think it's owner would know? I know I would. I am leary of out of state adds, with non-specific locations and inaccurate facts. |
