I am so sorry for your family's terrible loss, this has made me think about giving up smoking.

Your daddy will always be with you, and i pray that over time your heart will mend. I cant imagine how awful you must be feeling, if there is anything i can do, plese let me know

please please give up the smoking we have had the post mortem results today to say that through my fathers smoking his arteries to his heart were furred up and a piece broke away causing cardiac arrest, please do not smoke the pain and trauma for the people left behind is unbearable

i am so sorry for your loss. We recently went through a similar situation about six months ago. you and your mum are in our prayers and thoughts. I know how tuff it is right now.

Your father will always be with you throughout your life; just in a different way now. I still speak with my dad at times and know that he is happy, at peace and smiling down upon us.

God Bless you hun at this very difficult time. I am so so sorry about the loss of your Dad. I will presume to know exactly what you are going through as Your story is just too similar to mine. My mom died suddenly in my home from cardiac arrest while she was staying with me and caring for my family while I was recovering from back surgery. She too was only 63 yrs old, and a smoker, with very high blood preasure. I went to wake her in the morning (she was staying in my daughters room) and she was gone. I know exactly what your mom saw and went through.

I tried waking her and she was just gone. They think she passed in the middle of the night. I carried that image with me for a very long time. But please know hunny that time does heal this horrible hole that you have in your heart right now...time and faith. You and your family can be strong for each other at this terrible time. My sisters and I surrounded my Dad as much as we could and it really helped him. Unfortunatly we just lost him in Feb of this yr to complications from a triple bypass....and as hard as this was my sisters and I really hold each other together and keep each other strong. I hope that you have as good of a support system as I have had, and please......if you ever want to talk just pm me, I would be happy to talk to you. God Bless hun....my thoughts and prayers are with you.
