| I went to Petsmart AND.... There was a couple there with two 8 week old dashaund puppies. They were the cutest thing ever but can you believe that they were walking on the floor I went up to look at them and the lady was so nice and I was telling her how cute they are and then you know what else I had to do..........I quiety told her....don't let them walk on the floor..they are too young and really you shouldn't have them out yet as they do not have all their puppy shots. I told her they can catch anything from other dogs (floors aren't the cleanest) and they can get very sick. If you are taking them somewhere just hold them in your arms and DO NOT let anyone touch them. To my surprise she was very nice and was like oh my I didn't know...so she called her husband and they picked up the puppies from the floor. There was this lady next to us and she had a face on her and was like thats not true. I bit my tongue and told the lady with the dogs they are adorable enjoy them and have a great day. Oh you know I wanted to say something to the other lady but my fiancee was with me and he was like come on lets go...he knows how I am. Some people are just so freakin ignorant. |

| Good for you! You did it in a really nice, non-superior way! I would have at least shot that other lady a dirty look though. Better safe than sorry with puppies so young.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Good for you! I think so many people do not even think of the dangers with taking a young pup to these places. I know if I didn't know and someone told me I would be so grateful not upset.

| You know, it's hard for people to understand how a puppy can get sick when they let their toddlers run around in these same stores.......good enough for kids, but not dogs?? :-) You can see why they might not realize what "dog germs" they might pick up. |
