Sophia and I (and my bf) are going into Philly...They are having the 2nd annual Carnvale for the Dogs

Should be lotsa fun...Sophia even got a new dress!! I will take lotsa pics

I'm going to enjoy some quiet time at home (except for tomorrow). My hubby and son went camping for Scouts and I have the whole weekend to myself. So many things I need to do, but doubt I get them done...he he he

Tomorrow is an auction to sell off what is left of the family business on my hubby's side. My FIL passed away June '05 and MIL is in nursing home. Business was sold and moved to different location so now we are auctioning off the greenhouses, fixtures and whatever there is left. The floral business was started in 1894. Very sad day for the family.

Well Saturday is Hubbys Birthday... so I have a whole day planned for him... we leave outta town for the weekend for some lovin and relaxing.... I am so worried the UPS man is going to come with his gifts after he gets home... I need to think of a million errands to do before 7pm to take him with me... AHHHHHHHHHHHh~~~

Everyone's weekend sounds like mine

Sunday is bath/cleaning/laundry day for me (as usual). But today we are going to a grand opening of Petsmart right around the corner from my apartment, I'm so excited about that. Then I have to go grocery shopping, ugh, I hate grocery shopping. And hopefully somewhere I can sneak in a nap

Today we might be going to the Monterey Beer Fest and tomorrow we are planning on going to the SCU Wine fest. This is the first weekend in a couple of weeks that my bf is finally home! So I'm hoping we'll have some fun!

Supposed to rain here again today!! It rained almost nonstop yesterday .... rarely does that here .... I'm sure it made somebody happy!

We, of course, have our Bama vs Vandy game all lined up on PPV and are just waiting for 1:30 here in Colorado!!!

There are several "festivals" going on this weekend but most of them say "No Dogs" so we don't go to those! They wouldn't even let us take Toto to the car show at one of the parks, so we just avoid the "functions" here and spend our money elsewhere!! Most pet "unfriendly" place we have ever lived!

Hope everyone has a safe, wonderful weekend!

... and, BTW .... ROLL TIDE!!!!

nope schoolwork is taking over my world and i am so stressed out. so i will be home all weekend reading, writing essays, studying for exams.

Well.......for me, my DH is working today (kind of a bummer), so my daughter and I have cleaned and mopped and caught up on laundry. Then, I listed some stuff on eBay and we started going through other stuff that we need to get rid of........planning on a garage sale soon....maybe!
So, not a very fun day here, but we have been productive. (that's a good thing).

I think we will go to our favorite Mexcian place to eat tonight and tomorrow, we will probably go visit with our grandparents and our parents (for my daughter) since Grandparents Day is just around the corner! So everyone, remember your Grandparents - I believe it is on the 11th or maybe the 12th!
