I know, I'm the same. I browse through Petfinder pretty regularly, just b/c I enjoy seeing all the doggies and reading their stories. And of course, some of the stories are pretty pathetic and heartbreaking.

But for some reason, this little face just stole my heart. I'm DYING to go get her. I'm a little closer than you are

, but I'm not sure the hubby would be up for a road trip to Alabama!

What a little doll! I will never understand people doing cruel things to another living creature! It sure is a sick world we live in. God bless that poor baby!!!

Oh My God.

That poor poor baby...I could hardly read that and wish that baby ALL THE BEST in life....I honestly think I would get violent if I EVER came into contact with someone who would do that to a dog.

I showed my husband, and his immediate, very calm response was, "Well, what needs to happen is, someone needs to show up on that guy's porch with a baseball bat, and just bash his brains in."

I don't subscribe to violence solving violence, but, seriously....what kind of person does something like that? And what else are they capable of?

I emailed her for an adoption application. JUST so that I can read "no kids", or, "must have fenced in yard", and get this baby out of my system! Because I can't stop thinking about her!!!!

I decided to read all the replies before going to look at the baby and I'm glad I did. I just can't bring myself to do that today. I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes and haven't even read the story of the precious baby! I am praying that someone out there will give her a loving, forever home that she so deserves. Maybe later on I can come back and read her story - just can't do it right now

She is absolutely precious. After all, you're just a short road trip from her.

She has such a pretty face. I used to have THREE chi's.

I'm betting she gets the life she deserves. Now, I can just hope that whoever did this to her gets the life they deserve!

I wonder if they adopt out of state. I would love to have a little sister for Stump. But I feel bad for buying another puppy when I see ones like her up for adoption. I would love a little girl. She's tiny too!! Maybe she could fit in the Juicy Carrier that Stump is too big for!

I seriously would drive and get her!
