Taught my Amanda that if it takes longer than 5 minutes to microwave .... you eat out!! I did cook Chicken Chow Mein for Patrick tonight.

Well, I don't cook!

We usually eat out or get something quick. The last thing I want to do when I get home from work is cook!

But, it was a nice surprise 2nite. Hubby got off work early and had a roast in the crock pot with carrots and new potatoes! Yummy!
