| There are times I do believe and other times I kinda wonder. I have had one premonition in my life, that I remember. Two weeks before my grandfather passed away, I had a dream and was at my grandparents house (my grandmother had passed away 4 1/2 years earlier). I walked in the kitchen and on the table was a double coffin. My mom and one of her SIL's was at one end "preparing" it, the other end, I could see my grandmother's face. I asked what they were doing and they said, "Getting it ready for Pa". Two weeks later, I got a call that my grandfather had passed away. When my dad died 21 years ago, he passed at 6:17 in the evening. There are so many times I'll be busy with supper, helping the boys with homework, or just being lazy and I'll look at the clock and it's 6:17 - it always makes me smile and think of my dad - maybe it's his way of letting me know he's still "there" for me! And I truly believe my mom has some type of premonitions - when each of her brother's died, at the exact time they passed, she heard their voice calling her name. The one she was the closest too, when he died, he passed about 4:30 in the morning. She said she woke up to hearing him call her name and when she looked across the room, there in the doorway of her bedroom she saw his face and he told her he loved her - gave me chills then, and still does 5 years later!!

| My 3 (she will be 4 in Oct) granddaughter told my daughter the other day that she has 3 grandpas. One of them is magical and only she can see them. We would normally just think she has an imaginary friend except she also added "my magical Grandpa loves baseball allot. My Dad died 2 years ago and was an fanantic about the Yankees. We even buried him in his Yankee tee shirt and ball cap. Then the other day she as in her room just talking away. My daughter walked in and asked her who she was talking too. She replied Grandma ____. She named her great grandma who died 9 months ago. What do you think? Is this imaginary stuff or something else? I try to say to myself all of the time. The bible says all things are possible through him. So who am I to say that this is not real. |
