Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Yes....a nice looking sexy guy with muscles giving you a massage - works every time ! hope you feel better - try asprin/tylenol. If it's really bad - you may have to see a doctor - that happened to me once and I couldn't lift my arms ...it was so bad it had me crying - they put me on steriods |

| You may also want to try advil or some type of anti-inflamatory. When this happens to me, I also use the heating pad - alternating between the ice pack....it did give me some relief! No matter what you try, I sure hope you feel better soon!

| One time this happened to me and tylenol, advil, ect. weren't working. So, I went to the doctor. They checked me out and then gave me a prescription for Vioxx. I was a little upset because they didn't "fix" anything and I didn't want to just mask the pain with medication. I wanted the problem fixed. So, a friend suggested that I visit a chiropractor. Boy! Did they fix me up!!!!!!!!! It felt AMAZING! So, I got my back and neck straightened out without having to take any medication. I am so glad I went that route instead of taking meds especially since all these lawsuits against Vioxx have been popping up! |
