| High Altitude Cooking Question??? Hey everyone, I made brownies last night and they came out gooey.... My hubby said maybe we should follow the high altitude recipe? We are near Ogden, UT, which I believe is 4000'. Does anyone have experience with this? Everything else I've cooked has been just fine. (not like I don't like gooey brownies anyway ) |

| they must put the high altitude instuctions on there for a reason like this. i guess because there is less oxygen. i'm curious if you try again how they will turn out. i'm at normal altitude and sometimes goodies come out strange. lol... happy baking! lol.... |
