My mom called me last night and told me that she mentioned me wanting a Yorkie around of of their employees last night and he told her that his mom's Yorkie is about to have puppies soon and not to pay outrageous prices for one. He is going to get me a deal. I am sooo happy.

I just recieved word that my puppy will be born in October. Woohoo. Can anyone tell me about how long you have to wait after they are born before you can take them home?

The norm for a small breed dog is usually around 13 weeks. I know it feels like a long time, but it's best for the little one to be with it's mommy and sibs that long.

That should work out perfectly then. I am moving into a house so that I can have a puppy so she will be ready to go once we are settled in.
