| Tomorrow is our 1 year wedding anniversary! I know what you're thinking......"Awwww, isn't that sweet!!" But seriously, I was wondering if any of you have any cute ideas that I can do for hubby tomorrow to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We have already agreed not to get each other presents, just cards. We got Hootie in June, and we have been saying all along that SHE is our anniversary present to each other! But, I still want to do something nice for hubby. We had our wedding reception at a fancy restaurant in Bham, so he took me there last night for our anniversary dinner. It was so romantic. It felt like we were still at our wedding reception Since he did that for me, I want to do surprise him with something nice tomorrow. He is working all day today and is on call tonight, so he will be spending the night at the hospital tonight and won't be home until tomorrow mid-morning sometime. That gives me plenty of time to think of a cute surprise! I thought it would be nice to surprise him with something (cute and inexpensive) when he gets home. Any creative ideas?! |

| How about a nice breakfast, followed by a soak in the tub (and whatever else happens!). Maybe a couple movie tickets tied in a bow around Hootie's waist?? P.S. Congratulations and many happy years to come.

| Lingerie always works around here. It works best if you wear it, not hubby. Happy anniversary!

| What about getting some large cardboard boxes, either a big refridgerator size or a bunch of small one that you can make into a bigger one. Have pretty paper on it and a bow with a sign that says "OPEN NOW". Then position a wide red ribbon in strategic places on you, tie in a bow (by the way, that's all you'll be wearing is the ribbon) and then, right before he comes in the house, get in the box.

| These are such GREAT ideas! Maybe I'll do a combination of ALL ideas! We were already talking about going to see the new Will Ferrell movie tomorrow, Talledega Nights. I could go get some movie tickets tonight for the movie tomorrow and get a bow and tie the tickets to Hootie's neck. Then when he comes home, I can be cooking breakfast in my lingerie! Wrapping myself up in a box is a GREAT idea, but I don't think I will be able to find a refrigerator size box by tomorrow. I'll check into it, though. |

| Congrats! Today is my 10 year anniversary. I woke up this morn to a rose on the pillow next to me. I have some kind of "surprise" that I can't have til' later on; we are leaving for a nice dinner soon... woooo! Today is also my wonderful grandparent's anniversary. 55 years! I honestly can't tell you what you should do for your one year, because on mine, I was in the hospital in labor! My daugther's birthday is tomorrow! Congrats and hope you two have a nice day together! |
