| Miss Universe Anyone here saw Miss Universe? i HATED the winner, no offense, but i thought she was a sluty gecko looking girl with way too much gell! i wanted either Colombia or Canda to win, those girls were beautiful! i hated the top 5! this was rigged! (this is my opinion, dont mean too start any fights)

| I agree! My mom walked by when I was watching it and said she looked weird! I just saw on the news, too, that she fainted after waving to everybody for like 30 minutes

| She fainted about 40 min after she won due to the heat. I thought she was quite pretty. I didn't watch the competition though, I'm sure the other girls were gorgeous too - but there can only be ONE WINNER right??

I didn't watch the competition either, I just saw the final episode last night. It's great that she's from Peurto Rico (sp?), unique is always good! Poor thing though, that must be really embarassing to faint in front of so many people. The Peurto Rico girl won right? I have a short memory.

| Yes, she won. Puerto Rico is a great place, but I HATED her dress. It was completely made out of metal and her boobs looked squashed in it, it looked really skimpy. When I think evening down I think elegance.... not someone making a dress out of a slinky. The dress I loved by FAR was the sparkling Royal Blue one by last year's winner from Canada when she took her last walk. I couldn't believe that Trinidad and Tobago didn't even make the top 5. She had a beautiful face and an stunning dark chocolate complexion. I loved Japan's samurai outfit in the beginning. I also was impressed that she was able to speak so many different languages. Most of the time I don't watch these things because I think they're rigged. I only watched because I had friends over who wanted to see it. |

| I saw Donald Trump on either Letterman or Leno... can't remember which. Anyway, he said that he does get say in who wins the contest. So IMO, that means it's rigged! I wanted to watch it but we had company and I missed it. Hopefully it will air again sometime.

| The dress that ms USA wore was made by one of the Project Runway Contestants. I didn't see the pageant, was she really wearing it? (if you know what dress I am talking about) |

| I didn't like Puerto Rico either. Her hair was weird & I didn't really like her dress. I was hoping for either Miss Switzerland or Miss Japan. Thought both were very pretty.

| Yeah I didn't like that dress much either! It looked way too uncomfortable - okay, who cares if its uncomfortable if it looks good - but it didnt even look good! Oh well.. it did seem a little set up.

| I only saw the last little bit, starting with when they announced the final five. Out of those I thought Miss Japan should've won, she was goregous. The winner was pretty too though, I thought her dress was a little funky too. I also did really care for how her hair was, it was just all pushed back or something, I don't know. Yes I love Project Runway and was excited to see her wearing the dress. I watched an episode of project Jay, or whatever his show was called. Anyway he was supposed to make a dress for Heidi for an award show and she didn't wear it. So I was very happy to see Miss America wearing this one, it looked good on her too, I'm a little ify about the bottom (just not my style) but it fit her great, the color looked good on her too.
