| OK, as of right now, our thermometer says 99.8. Which means the humidity index is about 110. It's so hot you walk outside and it just takes your breath... |

| Well, we are in the CA high desert, so we are used to heat. But it has been over 100 degrees, today it is supposed to get to 112, tomorrow they are predicting 114, next day 117 and every afternoon there is a thunder shower or two. Not enough to cool it off, just enough to make it more humid! (Which we are NOT used to!) But A/C is working great. We keep it at about 78 degrees and that seems to be just right, and not so much that it costs a lot to operate. But you really don't want to go outside!! Dash from house to car, car to store, back to car, back in the house. Whew, that trip is done!! |

| Hi. 104 in Portland, OR. My deck is 110. The weekend is supposed to be a couple of degrees cooler. Heck, after 100 it is too hot to register the temp. At 9:00 tonight the temp is supposed to drop to 90. |

| In follow up to my previous post in which I gloated about the 70 something degree weather, I can proudly say that it hit 98 degrees today for the high. All four leggers are belly up on the floor under the ceiling fans. What a sight!
