a 1 year old really doesnt know better , but believe me, mine would, dont have any of course.. i would of told that man off like you wouldnt believe, or i would of knocked the hell out of my b/f for not doing anything about it, of couse he would of been there with us... im cracking up at myself typing this.

I have to admit my children never went around touching any thing that was not theirs let alone hitting. I can't believe the dad didn't correct the kid for it. Drunk fool!!

Then she turned around (she was petting something) and looked for her kid and I told her what he did and she still didn't even tell him "No" or what he did was wrong, she just picked him up and was playing with him.
People need to tell their kids when they do something wrong, they don't find out for themselves. Some people raise their kids to act worse than animals.

When this little kid grows up, his mom is probably going to wonder why he's out of control

I say to heck with punishing the kid beat the hell out of the father!!! actually the father should reprimand the child, but I don't think that a 1 year old should know better, however by the time that 1 year old is 3 or so after a ton of "no's" they should.
