| Dessert for Dieters!! MMMMmmm, good! Ok, everyone might already know this, but I just discovered it. Sugar-free Jello- White Chocolate flavor! It is de-licious! With some low fat Redi-Whip and it is pure heaven! It only has 75 calories prepared (with skim milk), and zero fat grams. Woohoo! I am not much of a dieter because I can't stand not to eat, but while I am on an exercise program, I at least TRY to eat better. |

| That sounds good I am all about finding good tasting desserts that are lower in fat. I have another one to mention: Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches they are around 150 calories and have .5grams saturated fat. You can get them with chocolate, vanilla, cookies&cream, and mint chocolate chip. Not quite as low fat as the jello but they taste great and are better than the real ice cream sandwiches.

Oh yeah, it is Jello Pudding, not Jello "jello". Hence, the milk, LOL. (Sorry about that!) | |
