| Hubby is buying me a new razr I have been checking out new phones for some time as we have my Mom on our family plan and her phone is trying to die on us. Since the only time she uses it is when I call her and for emergencies we decided to give her the phone I currently use and get me a new one. I think I have decided on a new motorola razr. Just wondering if anyone on here has one, which model and which color? We will be getting a new one off ebay as it is not time to upgrade yet and verizon wants a bunch to buy one while still in contract. And I want a new one so that it is not all scratched up or anything. Thanks in advance for any information or advice. |

| One of my coworkers just got one... Honestly I wasn't all that impressed. Yeah, it's thinner than my phone, but it's nearly an inch longer and a good 1/2 inch or so wider. I didn't get to play with it so I don't know if the features are better... but as far as aethetics go - not worth the money, JMHO. |

| I got my husband one and he doesn't like it. It isn't user friendly and never gets a good signal. It is cute and little, but is more frustrating than fun. |

| I have one and love it! I find it very user friendly, plus the ear volume is loud so you can hear. |

| I have the magenta one from t-mobile. I really like it! I get good service, too. Make sure if you buy on ebay that you don't get one that's locked.

| Two of my friends have one, and I DID want one too. But neither of them like theirs. It is extremely slow. Like if you press the contacts button, it takes forever to come on! God forbid you have to dial 911! Also, I was in Atlantic City the other day (good thing I went when I did, cuz it's closed now), anyway, my friend couldn't get reception inside with his razr, but I did with my phone, and we both have Verizon. Honestly, I'm not really crazy about motorola phones anymore. I've had two, and my cousin two, and sometimes they go out for no reason! I prefer Samsung!

| I have 2 hot pink ones. truthfully I love it because everybody wants to see it and think it looks cool...but it does take a bit longer to use the turn ON button... but I always leave mine on anyways so it really doesn't matter. Plus let me tell you... if it's in my purse.. the hotpink is easy to find...LOL I don't understand the people who say it's to big... Good gracious.. it's only like 1/2 inch wide . I know you can get the sliver or whatever it's called but honestly I would rather have something i can flip closed to protect the screen. I also wanted to say the INSIDE screen is a VERY large sized screen compared to alot of phones and I LOVE that feature too

| Thanks guys for all of the personal reviews. Sounds like everyone who has had one either loves it or hates it. I have looked at them at the mall since verizon came out with them. If anyone has the razr v3c can you tell me if on the ? The only model they have at the store now is the v3m. Since I am a home health nurse and at times travel in to the great unknown (at least to me) it would be nice to have that option. |

| be warned: my mom wanted one badly and got it...and went through three different phone numbers and three different razrs before switching to a different type of phone model. The razr kept dropping calls and when she would go out of the local area it wouldn't work...you'd call and it would go straight to her voicemail. they gave her a different phone each time thinking it was that and then when she was on the third they thought it might be the phone number so they changed that three times and finally when it did it again they changed phones. And she has not had a problem since. Why they didn't just get her a new type of phone when she first had a problem is beyond me. They can be nice phones but they can also be a pain in the butt, i guess.

| Gosh guys sounds like some of you that have them wished you didn't. Guess it is like that with any phone though. Some like a certain one and some don't. I have spent the better part of today reading every review I can find on the net. I am still shopping so nothing is definite yet. Is there a specific phone that someone has that they really like and if so why. Thanks again |
