| I'm going on a diet....Goal is june 30th. Alright, I'm tired of gaining weight and I know I'm not going to fit in my bathing suits from last year so I'm giong on a strict diet..... Well not that strict b/c I'm still going to be drinking beer.. LOL I'm just going to cut down on the beer a little.... So my goal is to get in one of my old bathing suits from last year by june 30th. That's when we leave for the beach for the 4th. of july weekend. We're staying till wednesday and I can't afford to go out and buy new bathing suits. So here's my plan: I have bought nonfat yogurt and grits for breakfast. I'm going to switch off and on between them. Then for lunch I'm going to order chinese. They have a diet menu and I'm going to order the white rice, broccoli and chicken and they have such big meals that it lasts me for two days..... Then for dinner I'm going to eat boiled chicken and white rice. I think I can do it.... Oh Yea, also on my lunch break me and my mom are going to go walking for an hour. I can take my hour lunch and go for a walk and pick up my chinese on the way back and eat it in the office on the clock. (My boss doesn't care as long as I'm here) Ok, I know you probly didn't really want to know all of this but....... I just fet like rambling....LOL

| For any of you still dieting I'll let you in on my secret weapon. Just chicken and rice and broccoli plain is not very appitizing... Well you know you want to add butter but it's soooo fatning. It doesn't have to be... Parkay has a spray bottle butter that is fat free. It's the best tasting butter you will ever have and it adds great flavor to everything. So I just dump it all over my food... If you try it then you will never use another butter 0 calories 0 satuatred fat 0 trans fat 0 polyunsaturated fat 0 monusaturated fat 0 cholestrol 0 sodium 0 carbohydrates 0 protein

| Crystal honey, boooooo on white rice... Quote:
Try to avoid white rice, white flour, white bread, white pasta, etc. High in starch, high in calories. Try brown rice or wild rice, wheat pasta, whole grain breads, etc. Avoid saturated fat and absolutely do NOT put ANY transfats into your body. They are POISON... Read your labels! DRINK A TON OF WATER!! Have water in your hand constantly during the day. It will flush toxins from your system and decrease your appetite. Eat more vegetables than any other thing. Low in calories, high in nutients. I am happy you found a butter substitute! You can vary your diet. Don't try to eat the same thing every day, or you will get completely bored and give up. Just try to make healthy choices. Think about every single thing you put in your mouth. Ask yourself, "should I really be eating this?" and if your honest answer is NO, don't do it! Check out this thread. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...170#post600170 There is SO MUCH great info here given by Pat (Muffie's Mom) that you will not believe it! You can lost the weight and eat like a piggy, REALLY, if you eat in a healthy manner! And Nicole, it's not a DIET, lololol, it's a HEALTHY EATING LIFESTYLE!!! Crystal, call me or pm me anytime if you have questions! HUGS, honey, and best of luck on losing the weight!

| Immediate solutions require drastic measures Okay, I have this Birmingham AL 3-day diet that is being used by the AL hospital cardia unit and Ochsner Foundation Hospital for patients who need to lose lots of weight in a hurry before having heart surgery. You can lose up to 40 lbs in a month, although I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend you do this. This is just a quick fix and then maintain eating with healthy food after this . . I have done this but never got to finish the 3rd day and lost 3 pounds. My sister lost 5 pounds and so did my friend who was responsible for sharing me this 3-day diet. Let me know if you are interested . . . |
