| I think I am going to go Bridezilla on him!!!! I am getting married on Sept. 16th, which is coming up pretty quick. Well I am still missing address for my some of my Fiance's friends. I have asked him repeatly to call his friends for the address. Guess what he tells me? "Baby, we have plenty of time the wedding is not until September." Well, what he does not under stand I have to mail the invitations out the first week of August. Plus he still has not went to reserve his tuxs yet, and when I remind him to do this is says the same "we have plenty of time". I am have only asked him 2 things (okay maybe 3): tuxes, his friends addresses, and to help pick out a song for our first dance. Has any of it been done, NO!!!! I have a goal to have everything done by September 1st, so my mom, sisters, and I are not stressed and don't have to worry about anything except the finishing touches like our what color to paint out nails, makeup and hair. |

| typical... Sometimes I think guys just dont get that girls dream about this day from the time that they are little girls... running around with pillow cases on their heads and dreaming of the perfect dress. He should be doing everything he can to make that dream a reality. Explain to him how important this is to you - that you dont want to be rushing around at the last minute tying up loose ends. As for not having the addresses of his friends, that's HIS problem, not yours. He should be responsible for that - it's up to HIM if he wants them to be there to share the day with you. Give him a deadline, after that, they can't come (that sounds harsh...but maybe it will make him move). I've always gotten invitations a couple MONTHS in advance, so tell him to get his ass in gear, cause september will be here before he knows it! Suggest a really horrendous song for your 'song' - something absolutely puke-worthy and maybe then he'll have some suggestions of his own...

| I have suggested a few songs, but he shot them down since they were country songs. I told him at least I was making suggestions unlike him. |

| My husband did the same thing when I was getting everything ready for our wedding last summer. I had to finally put him in the car and drive him and all of the groomsmen to the place to get fitted for their tuxes. And as far as the song I just chose it bc he wouldnt give me any suggestions, after the wedding he was like, why did you choose that song??? LOL! I was like bc thats what I wanted and you wouldnt tell me what you wanted! Oh well, Everything turned out nice. I hope that he will get his butt in gear and help you on some of this stuff, bc I know what you are going through, there is alot to get done! Good Luck!

| I would say plan without him. Choose the song, choose his tux and tell him if he doesn't go in for a fitting he's going to look dumb at his wedding and tell him his friends will not be at the wedding since you can't send them the invitation. Put your foot down girl

| I have planned this whole wedding without him. If it was up to him we would just go to the JP on my lunch hour. |

As for the stuff he has to today, I gave him deadlines on when his stuff has to be done. I also told him if his task did not get done I was going to get his dad after him. He agreed!! So lets see what happens. | |
