| Best of luck on quitting those nasty things!!! I quit 16 years ago next month! You can do it too. I quit cold turkey, no gum and no patches. I cheated twice in the first 6 months...second time I got sick to my stomach and did not want another one...I craved them but I did not WANT them. It is a strong addiction but believe me, human will is stronger. It is mind over matter...get it in your mind that you WANT to quit MORE than you want to smoke and you will succeed! But it has to be the thing you want more than anything else in the world. Start a savings account and put in it the money you usually spend on cigs...you will be surprised at what you have in a few months. Spend it on something you have always wanted...and be thankful you don't smoke anymore! You are a strong person...I can tell!!!
