Glad needs all the hugs she can get....
 

Hey, my YT family. I am having a really rough day right now, and if y'all can send me some virtual hugs, I sure as heck would appreciate it. (I see Kristy needs some hugs too, must be the day for it.

1. Wosie is at the vets getting spayed today. That would be enough for me to worry about all by itself.

2. My sister was diagnosed with cervical cancer yesterday. She's only 40 years old for goodness sake. The doc is hoping for a good prognosis, but won't know much until after surgery on Saturday.

3. My 29 year old daughter is suffering a deep bout of depression right now, and I am trying to get her some help. She's being resistent, but I say when you cannot get out of bed for 3 days and all you can do is cry, you need help. So I am plugging away. She's better today, but she still needs some help.

4. I am having a really rough time at work right now, story too long to get into. Suffice to say, I am miserable...

SO!!! If after sending Kristy some good vibes, you have a few left over, I could really really use some.

Love you guys!! Thanks for listening, and if anyone has any good advice about ANY of the above, feel free to post. I need all the help I can get right now.

I am so sorry that you are going through so much at one time! I hope that things will get better for you! I will say a prayer for you and hope that everyone heals just fine!

and on Work - JUST TRY TO keep sneaking on here - that will cheer you up ! It's awful when your job makes you unhappy - I've been there and it makes for very long long days...

Oh Glad, you are ALWAYS there for anyone who needs it, so I'm happy to send extra hugs, thoughts and prayers your way. I hope everything turns around for you. Wosie will be just fine! And, it's true, if your sister was caught early she has an excellent prognosis. I will say a prayer for your daughter, I'm sorry she has to go through this. And, buy a lottery ticket tonight, maybe you'll be able to quit that job and live a life of leisure. I love you my friend, hope it's all better VERY SOON!

Awwww, JM, I'm so sorry everything is hitting at once like that. Definately sending hugs from me and Ginger...you make us laugh (and cry) so often, I wish there was more we could do.

It all comes back to the life law statement, "You've got to name it before you can claim it." If you are stuck in an unsatisfying life, ask yourself what would make you happy? Write out what you need to hear from your family that you've never heard before. Be very specific. Give your list to your family. Ask them to read it, consider it and respond. Open your heart, put the spirit of criticism aside. Be ready to do the same for your family.

Oh Glad! When I called you this afternoon I had NO idea all of this was going on! I knew you just did not sound yourself tho, but I did not put two and two together...I just thought it had been a hard day with Wosie and all. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers, girl...I hope you can find some peace somewhere in all of this. Try to be positive...your loved ones need you so bad right now.
