Villette had kind of a rough day yesterday. Her hubby's health is declining, and it's really hard for her to watch her loved one go through this.

So in the effort to raise her spirits, anyone who has a funny picture or story please post here!

My husband CAN use prayers... but in reality - there just isn't anything anyone can do for him at this point....but we are going to try & I am not giving up....He's going to be started on an IV drip as soon as the blood tests come back -so I guess we can use prayers for that......:(

Ah girl, i am sorry... i know you always say "ill be ok" but the truth is, you are as human as we all are and you too need support. Just know that there are many many many people thinking about YOU and your husband. I have told you before and im telling you again, if there is EVER anything i can help you with, im just a keyboard away. Be fair to yourself and don't forget about taking care of you too...

I guess it's hitting home now...It's really weird - I know he isn't doing well because I'm here everyday :( - but having a doctor and nurses racing around after taking his vitals was just scary....I know he's super depressed and I just don't know what we'd do without the girls - they keep him smiling....

Vee - you are always in my thoughts and very dear prayers are always going your way. Your spirit/soul is incredible and even more beautiful than your face (leaving the hair out here:p ). You have such a strong purpose on this earth and you are one of those rare people that earned their wings living a normal life. Life has given you some strong hits but you continue to do everything with love in your heart. I only wish I was there to help and give you a shoulder to use from time to time.:love:

Hey V ~ I wanted to let you know that you and your husband are in my thoughts. You have been such a wonderful friend to me after all I have gone through and just want to return the favor. Keep your head high and know that a lot of furbabies on here are sending love to you....and now for a funny story :D

It is no secret that I am a very organized and tidy person. I pride myself that I can keep my house and life in such good order, which you have to with 5 kids and a life like mine ;) When my kids were younger I always fussed about the way they ate and making sure they never got a crumb or a drop of jelly on them; because of me being a freak of nature anytime any of my kids spilled the smallest dribble of water on themselves they would scream. Ok so I have turned them into mosters, my bad!

When my now 4-year old daughter was about 15 mo. old I had to go outta town for business so my husband stayed home with the kids for 2 days. I gave him very strict instructions on what to do with the kids. He knew about my freakish organized behaviors and always thought I was going overboard.
So while I am on my trip my husband sends me this picture, it is my daughter at 15-months old feeding herself Speghetti-O's. :omg: you will never know how much I cried when I say this picture. Tommie said she loved every bid of it and sat there for 2 hours playing. I think she looks like a little Ompa Loompa.

Now, everytime I go back to this picture I laugh and remind myself to lighten up....you only live once.

And Courtney - Baileys Momma....Considering what you're going thru - that really meant alot to me....YOU keep your chin up girl and we're ALL Praying for YOU.....

It's so hard ...dealing with serious illlness...such as yours & my husbands....just really hits so hard and almost takes over every waking second of our lives.

I don't know how you do it keeping your humor....but you really ARE ....and I'm praying just as hard for you as I am for my husband....He's really trying to keep his humor but some days it's just so hard....those are the days I act super goofy hoping to keep his mind off things

Do you mind me asking what your husband's illness is? You make it sound as if he is terminal. I am so sorry. I do understand the helplessness of illness.

My husband is ill too. Since our daughter was murdered nearly 3 yrs ago, he has become sick. He has ulcerated colitis, crones, and now athritis (sp) is kicking his butt. It seems something is always wrong with him. It is just wearing him out. Bless his heart.
