hi...I can share...yes...my husband is Terminal - COPD and acute emphysema....I'm so sorry yours is sick too - that really sounds awful to cope with.

My husbands doctor gave 2 years ....That was over a year ago & things have been pretty stable......but yesterday all his vitals and stats took a bad turn for the worse.... and now we really have to worry about his heart. They are going to try some experimental medication on him but we won't know for a few weeks if it will help. Men are so stubborn - he really needs to be in the hospital...but we have no insurance so it's been pretty scary

Aww Villette..... I am so sorry to hear this... I agree with everyone here... you are such a inspiration and love here.. you have helped me alot with my Madeline Rain.. that words could seriously not thank you enough... god knows I wish there was something I could do to repay you.....:thankyou2 stay strong and remember "what doesn't kill us only makes us stronger..."..... take care and well Madeline &Gizmo send their hugs and kisses too...

We're here to be silly and cheer you up! Bonnie said that she wants to get on a :3plane: and fly to Texas to make you smile like she was on her first ever :3plane: trip! (see pic below) She also wants to learn how to be a Spy Girl from the best of the best...Channel & Cheri :cool:

But in all seriousness (not sure if that is spelled right :rolleyes: ) I just want to let you know that I am very sorry you and your husband have to go through this and I have been :hands: for both of you! I'm glad that you are able to find laughter on YT because I firmly believe if you don't have humor in your life it makes things a lot harder!

Villette, prayers are always going out for you and your husband. I just wish both of you strenghth to get through these trying times. Remember that you always have your YT family to lean on when things get rough or you just need some cheering up.

thanks you guys - I really DO love it here - I can't tell you how often I have just sat at my computer laughing my head off.....There are some awesome people here and I DO share you guys with my husband...it's even gotten to the point where he'll ASK me how certain yorkies are doing lol - he knows LOTS by their names now...THIS coming from a guy who thought I was having an online Affair back when I started posting on Yorkie sites lol !!!

Ahhh, V...I have sat here and tried to think of something wise and wonderful to say to you...and I am at a loss....yeah, that happens sometimes, imagine that. :rolleyes: You are an inspiration....I believe you show the true meaning of love and unbelievable strength of human spirit. I admire your fierce determination, and the ability to maintain a sense of humor. I'm, also, pretty envious of Cherie and Chanel's hair. ;) Take care, my friend,...of hubby and yourself.

Oh Deb...THANK YOU :) and I'm pretty jealous of the girls hair too - It's really sad when your dog looks WAY better than you do lol ! I can do stuff to their hair that I could NEVER do to mine - like Pigtails...braids -

I love it but I WANT IT !

I have learned that humor can cure anything. I beat breast cancer the first time with a great sense of humor. My family LOVES to laugh and we do it frequently. It's hard to say that and then believe it but I firmly beleive that is what has gotten me this far and what is going to help me kick this stupid A$$ disease Again!!

I'm hear for you honey! You are a strong woman, and so you know, it's ok to have your weak moments. You don't ALWAYS have to be strong. I'm hear if you need a shoulder to cry on. Don't forget that!

Oh Vee, you know we love you. I understand the stress of dealing with chronic illness and you have to take care of yourself, too! I'm so happy that Glad started this thread. Even though you probably want to (lovingly) wring her neck, you do need this extra attention right now.
I don't have a lot of pictures of Tucker on my computer at work, but I'll look for something. Prayers going out for you and your husband!

Villlette, you of all people know I can't post pictures! So I won't even try. But you and hubby do have my prayers. You are such a positive person, and always so helpful to others, I know you will get through this awful time, but do remember we are all here for you if you need us. (This is evident from all the posts to this thread.....your YT family is here for any support you might need.)

Villette I a so sorry about your husband. Hopefully the new meds will help stabilize him. You are a very special lady and we are all praying for you and your husband.

You are most definitely strong enough to handle this but I know it will be hard for all of you. My thoughts are with you so often. It feels kinda weird to think about someone so much that I've never even met face to face but that's how it is. You've made such an impression that I just feel your love for everyone. I'm so sorry that the two of you have to go through this but know that you are being sent so many prayers from everyone here.

Hi Villette, This is Gus I wanted to do something special for you. My dad always brings my mommy flowers when she is sad (or mad at him) It makes her feel better and not so sad anymore. One of things I like best about YT is that everyone supports each other - no matter what. V, I'm very sorry you and your husband are going through this right now. There is really nothing I can say that will make it better, so I'll just let you know that my thoughts and prayers will be with you both.
