Ladies, once you live near the ocean, you won't want to live anywhere else. (I've done both.) There is a certain energy with the tides and the water and once youv'e gotten used to it, it's hard to live inland. I highly recommend it!

ME too - I'm still depressed at being back in the city after a whole week on the east coast last year....I've always lived near the water and there is no comparasion.
