| Need some opinions please Ok, we're getting married June 25th of this year, a little over 2 months away and I just can't pick out a center piece for the tables. And my fiance is no help at all "Whatever you want, hun" So I need some of you're opinions... I like them all equally and can't pick... (We aren't allowed to use candles in the church we're getting married, so candles/oil lamps are out) Our colors are lavendar and baby blue (so the flowers would be used accordingly) and it isn't going to be a sit down dinner, it's going to be a buffet type of dinner. There's going to be maybe 60 people there.... Please vote for your favorite centerpiece. | Hey Summer, Congratulations! What a fun time but I do remember how confusing it all is. They are all very nice and up-to-the-minute, but my vote has to be for CP 1. It's bright and joyous and fluffy-girly and FUN!! Good luck!

| Hi Summer!! Congrats! How fun...a wedding, I loved planning mine. Okay here's what I think (I really get into this, I know, I'm a dork..but hopefully I can be of help). What is your wedding style going to be???...because CP 2 looks very romantic and more vintage ( I love this CP-I had the same colors in mine when I got married, pale blushes and champagne roses). CP 3 I also love, but this is more simplistic..clean lines, simple tie on the cylinder vase-beautiful as well, I see that in more of an "outdoor wedding" or a wedding by the water. CP 5 I love as well (I can see why your having a hard time choosing) I imagine this in a formal setting, only thing with this is that if you are not having a sit down dinner, will you be having cocktail tables and people will be walking around mingling??? Normally cocktail tables are high and therefore you may not be able to see the beauty of this arrangement because they will not be placed on a normal size table where you can see the roses when you stand up, you'll notice more of the "stems" if they are on a high cocktail table. I hope I didn't confuse you. Alright, those are my favorites!!!!!! Keep us posted on which you decide on. I hope I've helped! And good luck...

| I'm going though the same thing. I like CP#3, it is very simply yet elegant. Here are some that I thought were also pretty.

To answer your questions, Patty, we don't really have a 'style' or 'theme.' It's going to be a pretty small wedding/reception and pretty casual. It's going to be indoors at our church, in a hall with round 'cocktail' tables and it will be mostly minglingl. There'll be 2 or 3 parts where the guests will be seated (cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, ect) but other than that, I doubt anyone'll be sitting for very long... Keep the suggestions coming | |
