I just scanned through this thread.....HILARIOUS!!!

This "Cindy" person from Nigeria is the one who contacted me last summer when I was looking for a yorkie. I had placed an ad on YT, and she answered and, at first, she was selling a yorkie puppy for $300. At first, she didn't tell me where she lived. Once I found out she was in Nigeria, I realized it was a scam and told her I was not going to send her any money when there's no way I can even see the puppy first. So, then she told me the puppy was "free". She said I seemed nice, and she just wanted the puppy to have a good home. She said all I'd have to do is send her $200 for the shipping fee. She even sent me an adorable picture of two baby yorkies in a basket. I found the same picture on a breeder's site and wrote to them to tell them about the scam and that people were stealing their photos.

To anyone that ever has received an email from a puppy breeder or so what they will call themselves from Africa.The same people that will send you emails about Purebreed puppies for sale...cheap or free ...will also try to scam people like me who are Pet lovers or other animals ...such as Birds,monkeys.

I nearly fell for a Scammer from Cameroon trying to sell me exotic birds eggs...for me to hatch after been sent via Western union Airmail ...they send threats and when I didnt send the $200.00 I was told I was a very rude american and that I had taken from their hungry missionary kids...and mostly if you pay attention...they'll fall in their own trap and lies..sending the same email with another name or domain...it was sickening for me to find a picture of a famous Bird breeder Macaws stolen for their scam..Why would anyone need to buy from outside of the United states/Canada anyway...someday someone will make them people stop lying and stealing people's money ...but it will take America to bring this authorities and make a difference.

You are so awesome! I suggest you tell her that you already sent the money via Western Union. Once she asks you for the confirmation number or whatever, simply say "Oops, I forgot to write that down but you can just go to your nearest Western Union and pick it up". Once she does and comes back saying that she wasn't able to get the money, just say "Oops, try again. I just called Western Union and they said they were having problems with the transfer but you should be able to pick it up now".

I’m getting a little impatient because you’re not answering my questions. Buying puppies…and you keep saying PUPPY (I wanted BOTH of them)..is not just something I go into lightly. I want everything to be right and I’m NOT just going to send you money out of nowhere. I need to know I can trust you. As I said we don’t know each other!!! How can you prove to me that I can trust you if you won’t let me meet you? I don’t care if I have to go to a hotel. Or we can meet at a restaurant, my treat. You also keep saying business. What happen with this... did they just get bored? I think you should do it again... I saw someone posted the other day about they trying to scam her daughter, you could see if they still have the email and try again with them....

Ok this is my question. If they are so poor over there how do they have internet. There are people here who are not scamming people and make honest livings who cant afford internet how are they? Because i know after they get caught they give you the sob story of we are starving etc and we live in africa crap. well if you cant afford food internet should be the last thing on your mind.

My hubby is able to find out where these scammers live and their contact info. He did this last week with one on a car they were advertising....he was able to find the guy's name, his address, his website, who owns the website....etc......

What he needs if you want him to find out for you.....

1.All email address from shipper, etc...


He can track them down like a dog....no pun intended...LOL....It was actually very funny, as he got the guy, and hubby scared the crap out of him...told him that he was being reported to internet fraud commission and that they would be contacting him in the next few days.....well, it worked...the jerk is no longer trying to scam anyone, and has closed all his sights....

the scammers even made there way to free sites like freecycle and craigslist....i replied to a few i "Knew" were scammers, right off the bat i said hey i want this dog, where are you located? i will get my dads jet and be there tomorrow...they write back saying please send money..i said ill pay you when i see you in person, they replied need money before that to hold the puppy.....then i let them have it lol

this is my reply to all of them...
i dont have any more time to waste on you, you scammer..get a real job like everyone else and stop taking peoples money who dont know any better....then i turn them into the site i found them on. in the last month i had at least 5 posts taken off of craigs list....and they thanked me for it....so i am the watch dog of my cities craigslist lol

they really irritate me, popping up everywhere!

Just go on sites like www.livedeal.com or www.puppyfind.com. Find a Yorkie for like $250, and there you go! Scammer! I've gotten plenty kicked of Live Deal.

Yes the puppies have been eating very well, they love to eat canned nutricious food, milk and biscuit. Yes they love imaginary toys, I am glad that your dad will be sending payment at lauch please make sure you send the mtcn# together with the senders name and address once the payment is sent ok. The puppies will be shipped via Delta airline. Yes they are flying first class on the Unreal USA airlines.

Let me have the mtcn# immediatelyto enable delivery of the puppies immediately as scheduled.

I have answered your question, let me have the mtcn# because the shipping agent are waiting. Yes the puppies will be flying Unreal USA airlines and they really love imaginary toys.

I'm so glad that they're doing good. Have they had anything to eat? Don't worry, I have already went out and bought them some toys. I bought them some imaginary toys. Have you ever heard of imaginary toys? You know, for imaginary dogs? I love imaginary dogs like your yorkies!!! My dad said he will send the money today at his lunch break. I haven't heard from you and I'm getting anxious because your email below says that you have already shipped them!!! I've been crying every night because I'm so afraid that these puppies are at the airport waiting for me and I don't know where to go to pick them up!!! Also, I'm so scared that you may be mad at me because according to your email, you have already shipped them but I haven't sent you any money yet! My dad is a pastor and he will be really mad if I told him that I didn't pay you yet for the puppies that you have already shipped. Please tell me where to send the money and I will get it to you as soon as possible. Please tell me where you shipped my puppies to. I hope you fed them before you shipped them because they must be really hungry. I hope that God is watching over them and that he's sending down his angels to feed them for me.

You see, I'm really worried that they wont get acustomed to american food so I would like to know if (by chance) you feed them the same dog food. I'm wondering if you have ever tasted this dog food to make sure it tastes good enough for these imaginary Yorkies. I love imaginary Yorkies!!!


- Did you put them in a cardboard box? I hope you did because I don't think I mentioned this but I'm allergic to dog crates.



- One more thing, can you send me one of those African Masks along with these imaginary yorkies?
