| Drama in the neighborhood! Well I just had to call the cops for the first time in my life. My neighbors were partying and being all loud(at 1:30 am too!!) and then they broke into a fight that was escalating and going on for quite some time. It was pretty scary and my dogs were barking like crazy. It turns out several of my neighbors had called the cops before I did because when I called they said they were already on thier way. Ive lived in this house for 3 years and never have cops ever had to be called out here. It was just crazy for my quiet little neighborhood! Everything is fine now and I am about to go to bed. I just wanted to post my crazy experience and say how thankful I am for the police, I think they are underpaid people who work so hard and deserve so much more than they get. ANd I am also very thankful that I own a huge protective Boxer and a equally protective small Yorkie (my chihuahua was hiding under the covers in the bedroom, lol, but of course I am thankful for her too)

| Glad everything is ok.... poor Tink, I've never had to call the cops before, but then again I live in a condo. I wish I could call the loudness police on the people who live below us, they are always banging around, thumping on the ceiling, playing their loud techno dance music at random hours.... oh and they like to smoke on their balcony..... and smoke pot.... I just love it when I leave the patio door open for some fresh air, and all I get is smokie and/or pot filled air, UGH... don't you just LOVE neighbours

| Scary Shana! I'm glad it is over and ended peacefully! I agree with you about police being underpaid, they do so much and people either hate them or are thankful. I'm glad all your babies were able to protect you, except Tink but then again maybe she's the smart one |

| Well, I am glad the cops came out and took care of everything. Some cops deserve to get paid more others don't. I called the cops the other day after my kids came home because some guy was driving by my house and snapping pictures of my kids. This person did it on more than one occassion in less than 3hrs. When I called the cops they told me there was no law against someone taking pictures. I told them that they were taking pictures of my kids and other kids in the neighbor hood. They told me to just keep my kids inside then! I was so angry! My kids should be able to play outside in safety! I don't feel like they are very safe if someone is driving by and taking their pictures! I don't understand why the police just didn't come and get a statement from me and my kids. |

| OH Shana, I'm so glad you are OK!!! That must have been very scary. Yes Police are underpaid. Every time I talk with one, I know a lot of them out here, I always tell them to "Keep Safe". We used to tell our Parents that everyday when they left for work. They put their life on the line everyday. We have 14 Officers in our family. I was going to be one, until we got the phone call about my Uncle, thats when I knew I couldn't do it. He had a wife, and 4 children.

| I had a bad neighbor once and we had to call the cops on them a couple of times. It was a single mom with a teenage daughter that she let run wild. She would have parties and the music was loud and the language HORRIBLE (and remember I have a potty mouth, so it was BAD!! ) and they always ended up in big fights. The whole neighborhood hated having them there and were always calling the cops on them. I was always afraid the kids would try to break in our house or do something to our cars... Glad I moved! Keep an eye on them, Shana...
