I TOTALLY think he's for real and believe in ghosts and psychics too....

There is too much for me not to believe...I just wish I could see or talk to my dead cousin who was my best friend....I waited for years for signs from him and never got one...but I know I'll see him again ....If I had a chance I would meet with John Edwards.

Those shows are awesome to watch.

i must say though, every time one of them is on tv, i do watch it.. i just
find it very interesting and if it makes people feel better, its ok with me
whether its a crock or not.... what ever it takes for a person to go on with
life, more power to them...

Villette, I bet you have gotten a sign...you just didn't realize that's what it was. Ever dream about your cousin? Some of those are visits. Those "dreams" feel and are different from dreams you have all the time. I've had other occurances than in dreams too. I know who it is.

Your post reminds me right after my mother's death. I'd tell her everynight before I went to sleep..."momma, if you're allowed to visit, please come see me" Btw, she doesn't visit as often as I'd like

I already told my mom, If and when (God Forbid) I want a lot of signs,, all the time and as soon as you can,,, She said " Oh you're gonna get signs alright, Missy!"

Oh, I definitely think John Edwards is the "real deal". My husband and I love watching him. There have been way too many readings that he could not have possibly faked. Also, we are spiritual people, and do not believe these "gifts" are contrary to biblical teachings. If you believe that your loved ones have passed to "the other side", it's not so far fetched to believe that God gives the gift for some to communicate with them...??? I believe that John Edwards and other "legitimate" mediums reinforce our faith.

Hmmm...I don't rule out that God touches people in "mysterious" ways...but something about him...and I watched a lot of him...just screams Hollywood...I don't know...I might be completely wrong ..who knows! Maybe I'd have to have a one on one with him to be convinced....

Vilette, Deb is right about the "dreams". I believe that I was visited when I was very young - and I do not know who the visitor was, and that seems odd - but it was a very different dream from any other I have ever had. Also, I know many people who have been "visited" in their dreams and I soooooo believe those are not dreams, but visitations as Deb says. I know someone who does end of life research with both persons who are dying and then their loved ones after death - the "dreams" are real - there are just too many instances for them to be coincidences.
