| Brrrrrrr!!! It is freezing here in Canada! We have barely any snow, I mean I have not yet to shovel my sidewalk yet. But it is winter and cold. Tomorrow we will have a windchill of -38 degree Celsius which is -36.4 degree Fahrenheit. I have neighbors who keep two large breed dogs out 24/7 365. One dog I think is a golden lab and the other a yellow mixed breed. These poor dogs are out in a small pen with frozen water and barely any shelter, the one dog barks straight from 6am till 8pm everynight without a 2 minute break. I have called the city and the humane society who are working to improve these dogs conditions but they are still out there everyday freezing and barking. I hate going to bed at night thinking of these poor dogs. There is no minimum amount of shelter for an animal here in Alberta, the humane society just try to help improve conditions but do not take the animals away from these conditions. Please pray. | Well for the first while (3 months) just a pen, no shelter (winter in Canada, ) but then about a month ago the built a particle board 3 sided box with a roof, that did not proctect them from the wind at all sides. Then I guess the human society steped in. Then they put a forth side on the box with a opening with blue foam on the inside walls. The dogs ripped out the foam and spread it outside in their pen so for 2 1/2 weeks they walked in 3 inches of foam outside and had no where to poop. Finally the crappy owners cleaned it all up but they still leave their dogs to freeze while they live inside their warm brand new house. They do not even let their dogs sleep in their double car garage. Sick sick sick! |

| Oh I know it makes me sick when people keep dogs like that. My neighbors have two that are out no matter what the weather is like.

| How can you not even think about those poor dogs in such cold weather? They must be the most heartless people on earth. That is so sad, makes me want to come and have a few words with them myself. I think i'd just take the dogs and hide them in my garage! At least they'd be safe and warm. Poor things.
