Stupid question about videos and cameras Do you take the videos with a digital camera? Can all digital cameras take videos? I need a new one since I dropped mine but I want one I can take videos with and I don't want to spend a fortune. Any suggestions?

| I've got a Sony cyber-shot camera. It takes video and alsorts of types of still pictures. It wasn't that expensive either. I think they're a really great toy to have!! I have already gone mental taking pics of Mitzi and I have video footage of her that no-one would find interesting, except me! LOL

Not stupid questions at all! Yes, you can take videos with some (probably most now) digital cameras, but not all. I'd suggest the Canon Elph Series, we currently have a 5 megapixel SD450 model, which is small and compact, and can do videos too. It's around $308 + shipping right now on Newegg.com (though you'd have to pay CA state sales tax if you bought from there) Here's the link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16830120174

I have a Panasonic Limux. Just love it. Can be found at Costco. It takes digital movies better than some video cameras. I like having rapid flash also. My little one moves a lot come picture time. I finally got one to attach.

There are no stupid questions. I like my sony cybershot, but it was expensive, it record video and take pictures. I would suggest going to a place like best buy so they can tell you what kind of camera would be good for you in your price range. good luck
