Ive only lived in 3 states in this order:
Oklahoma
Texas
Virginia(right outside of Washington DC)
Texas again

I wanted to marry someone that would take me out of this state but that didnt happen

Im so ready for a change of scenery.

i was born and raised in nj. i moved to st petersburg , fl for a few years when my parents retired. i was 13. (i was a late in life baby) i moved back to nj when my parents divorced. i'm currently looking into relocating. most likely florida or maui. where my sisters live.

I was born in Arlington TX
Moved to Plano, TX when I was 9
Moved east 7 miles to Wylie TX when I was 25

I've been here 21 years, had both my kids here (15 and 18)

It takes two hours to go to the grocery store because I ALWAYS run into someone I know, same at walmart or almost anywhere I go.

It can be really nice and sometimes you just wish you could duck and hide.

I love all my friends and watching their babies getting married and having kids, too.

I don't always want to know everything my kids are doing

Pearl, MS - lived there 5 years
Tylertown, MS - lived there 4 years
Cantonment, FL - lived there 6 years
Vicksburg, MS - lived here 7 years
River Ridge, LA, Kenner, LA, & Metairie, LA lived there 7 years (got married and moved there, hubby is from Harahan, LA and was with sheriff's office there)
Vicksburg, MS - moved back in '92

College in Baton Rouge, LA
Graduate school and young adult in Golden and Denver, Colorado--loved it....
Moved to Portland, Maine in my late 20's.
Now preparing to move to Tucson, AZ as soon as my house sells (husband is already there).

Cindy, I certainly hope you are finished moving around. I want you to stay in Tucson.

Seems like alot of us grew up in the military! My father was in the Navy, then I joined the Marine Corps and Married my husband. Since he is German American this really boosted my traveling.
State side living:
Washington, California, Mississippi and N. Carolina
Other places I have lived is:
Hawaii, Phillipines and Germany(current)
We moved to Germany to be near my husbands grandmother, mother and sister. We have not decided when we want to go back to the states... We don't want to stay here forever.
It sure is great to see so many people travel!
