| That is AWESOME! It's like YT'ers are the new Biggest Losers! (Minus the winning $50,000, lol.) 88 pounds is really something! You girls should be very very proud of yourselves and your accomplishments! It's not easy, it takes constant effort and lots of hard work and obviously it's paying off! GREAT JOB!!!! I love watching The Biggest Loser on tv and it really encourages me to pay more attention to my health and work out more! Now you guys are encouraging me too! Yay!

| Thanks, Sketter's Mom! Thanks so much for the kind words! I am thrilled to be a part of the positive changes taking place in so many YT folks lives right now! If just ONE person can realize the benefits of eating healthy for the rest of their lives, I will feel so happy!! Right now we have 21 people signed up (two new ones since I posted January's results, HOORAY!), and if even half of them can continue with this lifestyle change for the rest of their lives, WOW!! But I think ALL of them are feeling this committment, and ALL of them are determined to change their eating habits for the better. Weight loss, increased energy, and internal and external body health are the eventual results of a healthy eating lifestyle. And you can STILL eat like a piggy IF you are eating well! There is no deprivation involved! And once the weight goes, the increased self esteem is a gift unto itself! OK, I will get off my soapbox, LOL! I just get really excited about this, can you tell? Don't forget, you need to throw a little exercise into this plan too! But THAT can be a blast as well! Anyhow, thanks for the nice compliments, and I PMed you earlier. Hope to hear back from you soon! (I cleaned out my inbox, so if you already tried, try again, sorry!) Here's to Healthy Eating For LIFE!
