| That really sucks! My mom lost $350 last week! She said she went to pump gas & her wallet must've fallen out of the car & she didn't know it was gone until the next day. She went back to the gas station & found her wallet next to the trash can w/ all her id's still there but no $$. I told her at least they didn't take your id's cause that could've been a big mess! Now she hardly ever carries cash on her.

| LOL I can 'one up' you on this one!!! I've actually hidden money from myself. Put it away so I don't lose it and then forget where I put it! Sometimes I accidentally find it again. One time I was about to toss out an old greeting card when I just happened to notice the corner of a $100 bill sticking out!! Note to self: Never hide money after you've been drinking!!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I haven't but my daughter when she was 12 had a little purse with 240.00 in it all her birthday money and allowance and we went to Target to try on clothes ans she left it in the dressing room. She didn't realize it until the next day. Gone! I felt so bad I replaced it. A week later she wanted to run into Barnes and Nobles book store to get a book so I gave her a 20.00 bill and she got out of teh car. it was really windy and she let's it blow right out of her hand. It blows on to a major street. Gone. I wanted to murder her!!!

My mother in law gave us $100 for our anniversary last year...well when we moved in Aug, I was packing my drawer stuff... was looking at cards, throwing away old ones...guess what I found when I opened one, you guessed it!!! She swears she is never giving us money again!! I have lost money before though and never found it. We went to Six Flags about 7 yrs ago and I lost my change purse with about $70 in it. Never found it.
