This is terrible!
 
My hubby's cousin took her Chihuahua to the vet the other day to have her spayed. They called her a few hours later and told her to come get her dog. When she gets there they hand her a BOX, with her baby in it. They didn't even bother to tell her b/f she came that something went wrong. She wasn't old, pretty young in fact. I am so upset for her. She recently lost her boyfriend in an auto accident and now this. Can you imagine!!!!


I have been told that this "vet" doesn't even do any procedures, he can't see good, so the assistants do them. Oh, and they aren't qualified...just off the street!!!!! Is there somewhere you can report Vets to, I mean like to have them inspected and such???? :confused:

If it were me, Id be suing the pants off of that vet!
Not even a real vet, off the street? Why even go there for such a risky procedure!?

Well, the vet is ligit, but not those girls there. I wouldn\'t have let him do my dogs anal glands anyhow! Last time I went there, he was so drunk. I told them to get a lawyer. How tacky is that. They didn\'t even show remorse! She had to call her dad to come get her.

I would report that vet to the State Board of Medical Examiners. There is a different department for each medical field and they handle complaints. I would also put in a complaint with the American Veterinary Medical Assoc. In fact I would complain to anyone and everyone who will listen!!!

Oh man, that is upsetting! Any respectable vet would have taken her aside and sat her down and atleast explained. Not just handed her a box. Pisses me off what some will do and they are in the business of caring for animals!!!!! :mad:

That\'s HORRIBLE and after she calms down ....poor thing - she should GO AFTER them - that is a terrible thing to do to someone ! That poor little chi - how awful ! OMG I just can\'t believe some places are allowed to be in business - that place sounds just plain shady !

Oh my gosh how horrible about that little dog. I would certainly find out who to report this to and go from there.

That is soooo awful! Someone should give this poor girl an explanation of what went wrong. This shouldn\'t have happened with a healthy Chihuahua. And they definitely didn\'t handle the aftermath properly.

This is absolutely horrible! This is the kind of stories that has scared the crap out of me and therefore I have an almost 4 year old Boxer female, 2 yr old chi, and one year old yorkie that are not spayed yet. Im so scared that something bad will happen, even if the vet is qualified.

Oh, this is just terrible. I am in tears for this poor girl!! Who the h** are these people!?!?!?! I am at a loss for words right now! Why are they in business? They just handed her baby to her in a damn box? I am so sad and so furious for her!! You have to post the name of this "so called vet". :mad:

Oh my gosh I can\'t believe that!! Your friend defintely needs to go after that vet and get them shut down...what they did was wrong!! Please tell her that she is in our hearts during this diffcult time!!

The clinic is in Kennett, Mo. Dr. Wilson is his name. I think it is Animal Medical Center, not for sure.

OMG!!! That is outrageous. I can\'t believe they didn\'t even tell her. She should really go after them. There has to be some kind of law for negligence.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I am so sorry for her and outraged at this \'vet\'. Certainly not acceptable in the least. Hope she finds a way to get some restitution out of this horrible deal.

that is absolutely awful. My heart really goes out to her- she must be devastated. How thoughtless of the office to handle it in that manner. :thumbdown :thumbdown I really hope she goes after this guy. It may not bring her baby back, but it will ensure the safety of other dogs to get this guy to stop practicing!! :mad: Ugh, this disgusts me. i will be thinking of her all day<3
