| I sure miss my brother... I did not realize how much I missed my brother since I have moved to Florida...today I found out. My big brother is a plumber and I have not paid for repairs for many years..today a simple leak was $360. Of course pin pointing where the simple leak was is the reason it cost so much. LOL LOL |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Pat - you could have flown your bro in and had him fix that leak AND had a nice visit for that price ...wow ! that's Crazy and I think I choose the wrong profession - almost 400 to fix a leak ? I would have had to super glue & Cuck Tape it if that happened to us ! |

| leak You know the probelm...finding it? There was water in the dining room under a window..okay the window is leaking..wrong..okay, the roof is leaking, wrong,...this leak came all the way from the other end of the kitchen..from the ice maker water line. To fix the line would have been more..shoot, I told the plumber to cap it off...I will go to the $$$ store and buy ice trays! LOL I never had an ice maker until I moved here..so that means 40 years of making my own...I have not lost the recipe and will make it again! LOL Bill got under the house, we looked everywhere...my husband actually wanted to blame the Yorkies for peeing on the floor...with good reason. We had a small wetness problem on the dining room carpet in MD some years back..I had my brother come, I was sure it was the hot water heater on the other wall..well, it was dog pee...but this time my babies are innocent. LOL |
