Just as a reminder to everyone.... lifestyle changes is not a diet. We are learning to eat healthy foods to STAY healthy. God forbid that any of you end up with all the problems that I have! Just watch how often you cheat because it's normally high in fat, sodium or cholesterol and that just isn't good for your body. It'll point you in the direction of getting heart problems or something associated with it. I know when you're young, you don't want to hear things like this, but remember..... Mom always knows best! lol |
