| Thank you thread... I have learned so much on this forum and have been privy to some very interesting discourse which I wouldn't have experienced otherwise... Therefore, I thought it would be nice to say, 'Thank you', to a few members who have made my YT experience truly remarkable. Gemy - thank you for helping me with Teddy's first annual check up. I was a nervous wreck with so many other things going on.. Your guidance really assisted me during my visit with the vet. Thank you. Yorkiemom1 - thank you for helping me with Teddy's microchip! Again, I was nervous because of his anxiety and the vet's recommendations etc. and your simple and straight forward advice really set my mind at ease. Thank you. WyliesMom - Thank you for always mediating peace and harmony and listening to me when I need someone .. I am not a feeler and feelings are so foreign to me sometimes that they are overwhelming. You are so good at bouncing things off of and assisting in such a way that I do not feel judged but really learn...Thank you. Harrysmum - you are such a ball of sunshine! You are so positive and always bring a smile to my face! I love reading every post from you because you always look at the bright side and encourage others to do the same. Thank you. Jkpal - you are always so poetic when you write and the last post you made which referred to me and Teddy really brought a smile to my face. You are so genuine and come across as so caring and well-meaning. Thank you. Magnus - you are so funny! When things seem too serious, I can always rely on you to lighten things up and bring some humor to a situation. For all the laughs, thank you! yorkietalkjilly - you are so smart, compassionate and strong willed at the same time! You try to diffuse conflict with understanding and add to conversations with your experiences and your feelings. This is a trait I admire and hope to develop, myself...Thank you. There are many more and I would like to leave this open so I can continue to add 'thank you's' as they pop-up in my dynamic (and fallible) mind. Overall, thank you to all of you who make YT such an entertaining, positive and wonderful experience. I said it before I signed up, and will say it again, you truly are all wonderful people and I appreciate all of your advice, caring and knowledge. Thank you! Please take the opportunity to use this thread to thank those who have made a difference for you and your Yorkies! Thank you's go a long way and are always appreciated. xox Last edited by SirTeddykins; 06-22-2015 at 04:16 AM. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | What a lovely, heartfelt, and thoughtful post ! I know sometimes it can be tough/challenging being a member of an online forum -- but I swear, it can give back so much if one is willing; I've learned more about myself here (the bad, the ugly, the good) than I ever would've guessed...not to mention sooo much about other people. Everyone is so unique here and it really makes me appreciate all the differences...many of which fall to the wayside when we really admit why we're all here: for the love of yorkies and of animals. Thank you for starting off my early (woke at 3am today, ugh!) day in such a bright way!

| Awww.... so sweet that I feel like I'm getting a cavity. LOL I'm also thankful to YT and all the members for the vast knowledge everyone share and their willingness to help those that's in need. (Ann: At least you weren't woken by your furbutt's fart in ur face.... glass half full my friend!) (Misty: Speaking of funny. Since you created that post "Teddy, you're aweseomesauce but", every time I see your name on the forum, this commercial pops in my head....) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wi7VHr_S_MQ That's the ONLY other time I've ever heard anyone use that word...... | I am in complete agreement on this!! You are ALL awesome but there are a few that are always here to help and try to answer ? with their experience! Having never owned a furbutt( I should say never having been owned by a furbutt LOL) as small as Spice i was at a complete loss , i am so grateful my search brought me here. I can not ever thank you enough , Spice was 4mo when I got her as a gift , she is now 10 mo and I dont know how I ever lived without her. She is such a little ball of fire ,loving (when it strikes her) and fascinatingly funny to watch. My little JR terrier has even finally given in and accepted her as family. |

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | Sir TeddyKins What a lovely thought this thread is. But my gosh after almost is it eight years here already? I have so many folks to thank it is or would be ridiculous if I thought that way. This community at large has seen me through my first and probably only show Yorkie - so for all my old show breeder friends who used to be here - a huge deepfelt thank you as you helped me navigate the show world of Yorkies. This community has seen me through the loss of my gal Zoey from cancer and the outpouring of help and support was astounding. You all will never really know just how much that meant to me. Then the loss of my Karma a year later. But my shout out today and always go to my friend Lisaly. A wise and deeply compassionate woman who knows a heck of a lot not only about Yorkies but how to listen and to speak so very clearly from her heart! This is still the best board the best place to be on to learn so much and to share with fellow dog lovers.

| I missed this post the first time it was posted. It was a week away from the close of a very exhausting school year. Here I am again catching up, trying to juggle all of the demands of my work and home and making time for those I love so dearly. Yet I still feel the need to find time to come to this community because I've grown to care so much about the people here. I don't use the word friend lightly, but I found true friends here, ones who are so close to my heart. Misty, thank you for starting this thread. I always love your intelligent, thought provoking posts, and I find you refreshing, just as I do Harrysmum. You both add so much beauty. Wylie's Mom, my sweet friend, thank you for being so warm and welcoming. You set a positive tone for this forum, and with your huge, beautiful heart, you encouraged me to post and made me feel valued, even though there was almost two years that I didn't even have a dog in my life. I knew I'd have another Yorkie in my life after I lost Ashley, but I was starting to feel so strange for staying on a Yorkie forum without even having one. You are very, very dear to my heart. Jacquelinebabco, my dearest Jackie, cheerleader, and someone I love so deeply. I saw your posts and immediately saw your goodness. Through the years I've experienced firsthand how lovingand beautiful your heart is. You are so special, and each day I am reminded just how beautiful you are. You took it upon yourself to try to be a cheerleader to someone who was very sad after losing her little girl. I hope I can do the same after your tragic loss of your beautiful Hannah. We have been through so much together, and each day you grow more precious to me. Thank you for changing our lives, for joining our family, and for bringing such joy to our lives. Gemy, I'm sorry I never said thank you for your beautiful post which has touched my heart so dearly. Your posts are always so evocative, thought provoking, intelligent, and moving, and I always love reading them. You earned my deep respect and admiration long ago, and I feel so privileged to have you in my life. I have learned so much from you about dogs, life, and precious matters of the heart. Thank you for the gift of your friendship. I cherish it dearly, just as I cherish you. I love your passion, your commitment to those you love, integrity, and your loving heart. John, Katie, and I will never forget how you and Jackie brought our little girl into our lives, and we will always be grateful to both of you. Even without Katie, I'm sure you know I loved you long before she came into our lives. Yorkietalkjilly, you are such a special, compassionate, dear woman. You and Tibbe are very special to me. I love your wide open heart that always fights for the underdog, and I also love reading your posts. You add so much warmth to Yorkietalk, and you are also someone I've grown to love dearly. There are so many other people I could thank here, But I've already gone on endlessly. Through my six years on Yorkietalk I've grown to care about so many pups and the people who love them. It's a very special place, one that evokes such emotion, and one where I see people give so freely of their time and their hearts.
