| AVG security I used to think there was no other as good as Norton but AVG tops them all.

| The guys that I take my computer to for repair, etc., set me up with AVG years ago....apparently that is what most of the big professional companies use around the League City/NASA/Webster/etc. areas....It is the paid version....I used to have Norton and McAffee and some other one....cant remember which one I was using when my system crashed and burned.....no problems since the AVG system was put on..... |

| No this is AVG, this one does have a free and paid version. The paid is not expensive. If you are happy with who you have, I'd say stay with them.

| I have Norton at home and it works fine. I don't even notice it and that is the way it should be. I have McAfee at work and I hate it. It seems like it is always slowing me down. The Site Advisor just slows down my browsing. My PC will slow to a crawl and when I look at the performance it is at 80% usage because of McAfee.

| I'm glad you posted this, what I liked about Norton is that they told you when each new site was safe. Choice is good.
