| I need some advice Please!!!! Monday is my husbands 21st birthday and I want it to be a really special one but since it is on a Monday I dont know really what to do. Does anyone have any ideas of something that I could do for him to make it a really special day? I bought him a set of golf clubs and I am buying him a Chiefs Jersey that he has been wanting but as far as a party I dont even know where to start!!!

| Just a thought... When my hubby's birthday fell in the middle of the week one time, I acted like I forgot....it was SO hard to let him believe that all day, but it was so great that evening when he got home from work!!! I had left a trail of candles and rose petals on the floor from front door to our bedroom, I had his presents wrapped and arranged on the bed in the middle of more rose petals with me sitting beside them in a nightie and he was completely blown away! I had also made us a really romantic candle lit dinner, but we didn't end up eating that night!!!

| You could do something on Saturday instead! Invite some of his friends over and have a nice bbq or something. Are you 21 too? If so you could have some of his friends and your friends meet up at a club or a bar. You could go to a restaraunt/bar where they have live music of some sort...ummmmm or you could just do a romantic one on one thing. Take him out to dinner etc. II've done both, I took him out one on one on his actual birthday, and then we did a bbq the weekend after with all of his friends. |

| That sounds like a really nice b-day that he had but he knows that I am not going to forget his b-day bc he has already been on my butt asking me if I have got his golf clubs yet, I told him that he knew we really couldnt afford them right now but I will see what I can do to make it up to him! He acted really disapointed but I really did get them for him they are out for delivery on UPS today. I thought about the whole nighty thing but I hate them and dont understand the whole point of them they come off in 2 seconds anyways, but its a man thing I know!!!

| trust me, i know exactly what you mean...the whole nightie thing really is senseless, especially when you compare the amount of money you spend at Victoria's Secret VS. the time that it actually spends on your body!!! But...like you said, I guess it is a "man thing"!!!
