| Moving! Hi all! Just wanted to share that we are moving in 6 days! Our new house does not currently have a fence....Winnie is very well trained as far as she doesn't run off and listens to come to us when called....she absolutely HATES the leash! We have tried just about everything we can think of! We spoke to her about possibly adding a fence...in the meantime we are going to place a 10x10 pen for the doggies. I'm very nervous but extremely excited about doubling the size of our home!

| We are moving 4 hours away....out of Virginia! Down to North Carolina.....my husband has been out of the Navy for 3 years now....it's time to kinda separate from the military aspect of things! We have been here for 7 years though so I'm getting a little emotional now as time ticks down! I really do think the pen will be good...but if we can sweet talk her into fencing the whole yard for our kids sake it would be awesome haha we would even be willing to pay for it!

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | As an army brat, I know moving is tough. It can also be very exciting. My best moving advice is to take the time to set things up the way you want them...not just "that'll do for now" because life happens and then a year later you are still staring at your first effort thinking "I was going to get to that." Good luck and let us know how it goes...doggy perspective as well😀 |
