OMG!!! I couldn't even watch the video, just reading that makes me cringe and cry. That is so inhumane!!! How could anyone do this to these poor animals especially while they're still ALIVE! Who wakes up and goes to work to do this kind of thing? |
I saw that one last year and it's SO HORRIBLE I had to shut it off I made my decision to never EVER wear fur a few years ago but that just brings home the awful torture and pain behind our silly Fashion trends. Also - people should know this .....MANY Furs in stores now are REAL DOG AND CAT FUR ! The lables are disguised but you have to be very careful what you buy or you are supporting this EVIL Business - Sp say you see a cute shirt with a fur collar - CHECK THE LABEL ! |
Oh I know, my GF and I were at Burlington Coat Factory and she found a coat and liked it and she asked "What kind of fur do you think this is?" I said FAUX cause it looked fake,, so she is gonna buy it,and we are in the check out and I check the label and it says REAL FUR, but not what kind.. so she said NO,,and told the girl she didn't want it,,and the girl said " because it's real you dont want it, I would think if it's real you would want it." I said " Ya if your mean!" She was clueless.. I'd like to send her that video. Mean People wear fur! :thumbdown :mad: |
I'm sick. I posted thinking it was a horrible video I saw last year ....then realized it was a different name - so I clicked on it and this one is WORSE ! OMG....I had to shut it off ....I almost got sick for real..... HUMANS ARE CRUEL AND THOSE PEOPLE WILL GO TO A VERY SPECIAL PLACE JUST FOR SOULESS EVIL PEOPLE....I won't say hell ....but if there IS one....I hope each and every person who deals in these awful businesses end up there. That was the most disgusting inhumane thing I ever saw. |

I'm banned from watching any more videos - my husband just told me. I'm kidding ...but after seeing how upset I was after I clicked it off....he asked me WHY DID I LOOK if it's that upsetting. I told him in order to be able to Post AGAINST this stuff - we have to know what we're up against - but in this case....I just can't watch the whole thing.... it's THAT BAD. :( :( :( |
I couldn't watch it. After the first dog, I turned it off, and gave my dog a big hug and love. I hate that so much. Things like that make me so angry, I get so fired up. Please, anyone that wears fur, stop, and tell everyone you know about this video. |
Rhonda - this is such a good topic to bring up again - I just HAD to add one more thing..... and the biggest thing we can do to help is TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT THIS.... if you have friends - TALK TO THEM.... We may not be able to put an end to this evil practice....but if enough people know where the fur is really coming from - maybe people will STOP BUYING IT. |

That video was disgusting but a cold hard fact as to where a lot of furs come from. Mankind has commited so many crimes against nature and even itself. No one should ever wear fur. In fact, the people that do wear fur are no better than the scum fur traders. I don't care what kind of status symbol it represents and people that do wear them should have done to them what is done to the animals that were skinned alive. SKINNED ALIVE!!!! FEELING EVERY SLICE OF THE KNIFE! FEELING EVERY TEAR OF THE FUR TRADER'S JERK. I've seen that video before. I made myself watch it the first time, but I wouldn't watch it through this time, it's too horrible and too sad. I forced myself to see what the animals go through so I would be aware of what ACTUALLY goes on, because in my little fantasy world prior to seeing this video, I actually believed that the animals would be euthanized in a humane manner (not that that makes wearing fur any better). I have since given everyone I know the graphic details to stop them from ever making the choice to wear fur. I won't ever wear fur, it's such a horrible trade :thumbdown |

I just went and got my nails done, and thought about that video NONStop! I told everyone there about it.. I can't get those pictures out of my mind,, We are horrified by it,and most can't even stand to watch it,,HOW can anyone DO it,,it totally baffles me. What about that poor racoon that had been totally skinned alive and was still moving, trying to get up???? What a bloody mess! People that wear fur should be ashamed of themselves!! Then they fur trader that was standing on that dog's neck trying to suffocate it???? Why, so that the lady or guy walking down the street can show off that they have the money to get these items? Peta I haven't been able to bring myself to look at the video. I am sick just reading these posts. The anti-fur cause is one of PETA's main causes. I have been criticized on this message board for backing some of PETA's work (not by anyone on this thread, I might add). I hope everyone who reads this thread and everyone who dares look at the video will now understand the great work they do. |

I am ENRAGED. I didn't continue watching it after the first LIVE animal was skinned. I don't understand. WTF is the point of skinning a LIVE animal? That just makes me so sad. Especially when I think about how that is probably happening right now, as I type this... |

I have problems watching the new or reading the paper without getting upset to the point of taking the law into my own hands. Sorry ladies I can't bear to watch it after reading the post that they are still alive! :eek: I'm crying just thinking about it :mad: |
