We had a touch of fall and now it's going back into the 80s. I enjoyed a chillier few days!! Poor Pickles, he was a shivery mess when it got into the mid 60s. I had to keep a shirt and jacket on him, otherwise he refused to potty when I took him outside. |
Yup, I've been putting shirts back on the furbutts. First just a tee, but it was still too cold. Now they got double layers on. Tee and hoodie. Just like mommy. :D |
56 degrees now and cool, pleasant in the house. No A-C, no fans, no motors of any kind running except the frig out in the kitchen! |
It's been a roller coaster ride here - we actually had to turn the heat on in the morning one day last week - it was in the 40s - then the AC later in the day as it reached almost 90. That's a first for us. I don't know what to do - put shirts on the boys, wear a sweater myself or break out swim suits for all! :D  |

dog bag Hi Jeanie, It's Sandy. I do not know how to send a new thread to everyone so maybe you can pass this little thing on. I went to Walmart and they had the cutest Yorkie on the front of the bag Christmas bag. It is darling. I know every Yorkie lover would want one. Please let all know this is out there. I hope you are well and Tibbe too. I love reading your posts! |

Are you saying you don't know how to start a new thread? Here's how to start: Under Yoda's picture at the top of the basic header "YorkieTalk.Com" at the top of the window, click on "Forums" link to get a full listing of all of the Forums. Choose which Forum you want your thread listed under and click on that Forum. You will now see the current threads under that forum and at the top and bottom left of the page of the forum thread listings, you will see a link titled "New Thread" and clicking on it will take you through the "Post New Thread" process. When you are done typing and uploading pictures or pasting a link or whatever, click on Submit New Thread and your new thread will be up. The Yorkie Christmas bag sounds so cute, it deserves its own new thread! |
It's 44 degrees here now and I actually wore fall clothes, took a jacket with me today. The wind was blowing and it was cold for Texas! I adore this weather! Just a couple weeks ago, I was running the A-C part-time and now it's going to get cold tonight. Wonderful time of the year. I sure feel for those who are having to deal with the ice and snow but the first snowfall of the year is always so beautiful I kinda envy them. :) |
Wow, we haven't got out of the 40s in what seems like forever, well, other than getting in the 30s and 20s. Cookie always wants to go play outside in the 25MPH wind from these Canadian fronts blowing in! |
Was 24 degrees this morning - wonderful!!! Loving this cool/cold air. Tibbe loves it too. Just stands outside with his nose up in the air enjoying it. Have to make him come inside. |

Loving this weather and wishing for more!!! I was so over hot weather that this is just heavenly. And to think, we've months and months ahead before our weather gets hot and awful again. Ahhh.........:) |
I love the cold too, just I love it when it's cold and sunny. We should have another month of good weather in the San Antonio area, but by late December we get cedar pollen, which is about the nastiest allergen out there other than forest fire smoke. We haven't had too much rain this year so far though, so hopefully the piece of crap Juniperus Ashei trees that create this pollen won't have a ton to release this winter. |
