| Well my sons GF and I did some of the things together to get ready for the upcoming prom. Today we went with her dress and matched his tux tie to it. We also worked together and made my son a boutonnière. So there are things you can do with the date when your son gets a little older.

| I didn't go to prom. My date was over 1,400 miles away. I refused to go with anyone but my BF (we were still long-distance back then). I don't regret not going. Way too much money to spend on a night that I wouldn't care about 5 yrs later. I hope your son and his date have fun! I agree, the after-prom thing is a good thing. Keeps them out of trouble. They could always go out to eat afterward...my friends all went to Red Robin in their dresses & tuxes.

| Pictures as promised! Here they are. I only took about 100 of them! The bracelet and flower was perfect for her. Thanks for the ideas and suggestions! Austin and Jessica Prom 2014 011a.jpg Austin and Jessica Prom 2014 081a.jpg

| Such a striking, attractive pair of young people! Oh, wow, son is one good-looking young hunk, Rhonda. I had no idea he would be so near adult. You look far too young-looking to have a son this grown up, young lady! And his girlfriend is a very, very pretty young woman. I love the bracelet - it's really pretty, and the flower is a nice touch. These two make a very charming couple. Bet you misted up more than a little after they left for the prom, didn't you?
