| Ice Storm! Looks like we are in for some nasty weather today.... I would rather have a foot of snow than an inch of ice.... local weather stations are talking about possible power outages and they have even called in extra crews to help the power company..... NOT looking forward to this at all.......

| We were supposed to get 2 - 5 inches of snow last night and another 3 - 6 today. Woke up this morning and it was a light dusting. Looks like everything is going south of us. Be safe and good luck....ice storms and power poles don't mix.

| I think we got about 6 inches at least today. It's heavy snow which sucks when having to shovel... Didn't even bother taking Magnus for his potty walk this morning. I should clean out the patio area so he can at least pee. I really hope this is the last snow we'll see this winter. |

| We had wind, sleet and freezing rain yesterday and it really caused a lot of wrecks and traffic stuck for hours. Temp was forecast to go down to 12 - 13 so the area schools mostly all closed today. I think we only got down to 17 - 18 here and we're at 27 now and probably staying under freezing today. Thankfully, we're warming up tomorrow!

| We got about 8 inches of sleet and snow. Uggg. However, I'll take it over the predicted ice any day. We are on day 17 of missed days at school. The roads are still covered in sleet. So, we'll probably be on day 18 tomorrow. I miss spring.

| No school again tomorrow. Judging by the highway by my house, it might be a while.

| We dodged the bullet this time! Nothing for us! Woohooo Sorry to all of you who had more snow/sleet/ice though.... I can relate to the rough winter up here in NH! First day of spring is in 16 days. The forecast for the next 10 days is all in the 30s. One day even in the 40s. I am asking the universe for no more snow this year. I think we've had our full! I can see some of the snowbanks here lasting until June! They are THAT big and it's been soooo cold that the snow froze, so there has been no meltage at all. I see flooding in the spring, a muddy spring for sure! UGH! I don't typically like spring, its always melt, smelly and muddy up here, but I'm looking forward to it this year for sure!

| We got hit here too. Looks like we will be in school forever this year because of all the snow days! It's March! Time for this snow to go away!

| No snow but woke up to zero temps but now we are up to 17 degrees F. Feel for you all in the south that are not used to this.

| I pray you stay safe and warm. These winter storms can cause so many problems. We have been without electricity since 8 this morning in our little southeast Texas neighborhood. We are having a little ice storm and it caused some limbs to fall on the power lines. I should be thankful it is not any worse than it is. They are saying now it will be 12:30 before power is back on. We have our generator running for lights, tv and the computer but not enough energy to run heaters so our old house is getting a bit chilly. It should be getting above freezing here soon so hopefully all the ice will melt quickly.
