Do you think this is right

I still can't find out if they are getting paid, I received a second email from Carol the owner, much nicer from the first talking about well they are treated and they received Christmas bonuses. But she would not tell me if they were getting paid or not. I understand that many people do not get paid if they do not work, like if you work at a car wash and it rains you don't work, but in that instance the car wash is closed and the owner looses money for the day. For me it's all about the fact that the company is collecting the same amount of money they would have if the whole month was sunshine. So if they are not incurring a loss I don't think their workers should. The trash guys really don't expect to loose a day let along three because this has not happened in over 20 years. Apparantly the larger trash company that comes in my neighborhood did pick up that day. I am sort of stuck because I really like the service this company provides much better than the others so I don't want to change, but would if the other companies were on par. Tomorrow is trash day so I plan on asking the guy that picks up and see what he says, if they are not paid I will be sending an email around the neighborhood and ask that anyone agrees with me to please send the owner am email. LOL on a side note the Carol is a yorkie owner and her dog is pictured on their website, the office girl said the dog hates other dogs, so I will not be bringing Lola by for a visit (their office is on the other side of the lake from me) My friend knows the owner from the Chamber and says Carol is a "word that rhymes with witch" .......
