YT 2000 Club Donating Member | I love my roomba Just got it yesterday, and the boys are already used to this motorized thingie going along the floor. It does as advertised go under furniture, and it is a tad noisy, but it is worth it as you clean another room and let the Roomba go to dust the floors! It can hold a charge for 2 hrs, but I have found it doesn't know steps down, and can\t get over small uplevels in the floor. Does not work over slate floors as I guess it is too un-even. All in all I love how it works over my hardword and tile.

| will it do carpet. one of the things I hate most is vacuuming the carpet, I have a different vac for the hardwood and don't mind doing those as much.

| I am so jealous, I want one so bad but can't...it will drive the boys cwazzie! Exactly, my guys will not leave it alone, I know Momo will try to play w/it like if it's a moving toy. My fault, I should've never gotten him one of those battery operated plastic ball that moves on it's own. Turbo...well, he wants what Momo wants!

| Mine does carpet GREAT.. We have only had Guinness and Roomba issues twice but after the last "time out" I think Guinness learned that pooping in front of the Roomba for it to clean up is NOT what puppies are suppose to do

| We seen one at the store yesterday. lol I was checking it out. Our vacuum is ready to be replaced. But I kind of like vacuuming, so I'd probably go with a regular one. |

| We just got a Roomba for Christmas from my mom. I was amazed how her Roomba performed on her carpet and wood floors, and she noticed! We haven't tried ours yet, but can't wait!
