| It's a neat idea and I'm sure is useful to many people... To me it kinda takes the fun out of it!

| We had one before we moved but I didn't like it to much I am a big fan of putting holiday music on and decorating the tree

| Yep, I've got one Terri, I bought it about 12 years ago from IKEA. It's as it say 'on the box (!!!!). Mine came in something like a pizza delivery box, it's in my understairs cupboard right now. You do as the lady says, ...put the poles together and place into the stand, then lift the centre of the tree way up and centre it....then just let it kind of cascade down and plug in. It's fine....BUT!!! The wires that create the tree, spiralling down, are fairly wide apart - you have to arrange the decorations to kind of obscure this. I always add loads more to create the illusion of a 'full' tree. Also, there aren't as many lights as I'd normally have (mind you, I've got a bit of a lights fetish ) so have to put another set on it as well....and because they're relatively heavy, they kind of weigh the spirally branches down. I tend to use mine in a 'dark corner', rather than for our main tree....I love it for that reason! Sally x |

2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | I like it, its quick and easy and stores away nicely but like Harrymum said is looks a bit bare looking. A bit too bare for my taste. I would have to add lots more decorations and lights to make it fuller and look better.

| I will probably stick with the old fashioned kind but I thought this was so clever for small apartments or even offices like mine here at work. I tried talking the boss lady into it but when she heard it was $90, she laughed in my face. LOL! Anyway, apparently they have been around for a while. I'm just now seeing them. Pretty much par for the course with me. hehe

2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | I think they may have been on QVC years ago. It would be nice if they came in a smaller version for way less money.

| We bought one about three years ago from Menards. I use it in our loft and I LOVE it! It's very full, lots of decorations and more than a fair amount of lights. My Mom saw ours and loved it, so I got one for her. I think we paid $79.00 for ours. Like others have mentioned, I also put up my regular tree. |
