| Donating YT 7000 Club Member  |  What is an IP address? OK this is probably a really dumb question, but my family isn't very computer savvy.  My dad needs to know what the IP address is for my brother's computer, but we can't figure out what an IP address is. Can anyone help? We're going crazy! Thanks!

| It is the address that identifies your computer I believe. I have no idea how you would find out what yours is though. I know they use IP address to catch criminals!  Sorry I'm no help Megan!
